From your first idea to the finished piece, we guide you through the design, material choices, and production, with clear information at every stage.
Our Custom Process: Simple and Transparent
Start with one of our designs, adapt it to your style, or bring us an idea of your own. Share your preferences, budget, and timeline, and we’ll help you explore the possibilities.
Work directly with Anna to refine your design and select the stones and metal. You’ll receive a detailed 3D preview for approval before production. A wax or resin try-on model can also be arranged upon request.
Your invoice outlines the agreed design, specifications, total price, and payment terms.
Your order is confirmed once you approve the design and we receive a 50% deposit.
For Calgary pickup, the remaining balance is due at collection. For clients in New York, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, the remaining 50% is due when your piece is ready for pickup or shipping.
Each piece is made to order and carefully inspected before collection or shipping. Diamonds over 0.50 carat are accompanied by a grading report.
Production usually takes 10–14 days after final design approval and receipt of the required payment, or up to 21 days during peak periods. Shipping time is additional.
We offer complimentary standard delivery across Canada and the United States. Collection or delivery arrangements are confirmed before you place your order.
New York orders are crafted and fulfilled by our manufacturing partner in New York.
Every piece is carefully packaged, and shipped orders include tracking. If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We’ll help investigate the issue with the carrier and explain the next steps.
Our support continues after you receive your jewelry. New jewelry orders placed directly with us include a 12-month workmanship warranty from collection or delivery.
For the first three years, each piece is also eligible for one complimentary basic cleaning in each 12-month period, by appointment in Calgary.
Full maintenance inspections, polishing, refinishing, resizing and other services are quoted separately unless covered by the workmanship warranty. Please contact us to arrange service and see our Warranty & Aftercare policy for full details.
Every piece is custom-made to order. Once your design is approved and production has begun, we do not accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you notice a workmanship concern, please contact us promptly.

Applicable taxes are shown on your invoice. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
